Water is considered as the most essential element on earth for all kinds of living creatures to maintain theirlife. Providing safe and reliable source of water is thus an essential prerequisite for the establishment of a stable community.The project aims to provide and improve the quality of water in Bolgrad Territorial Community. In particular to solve the problem of treating water from Lake Yalpug at the treatment plant to the required standards with its subsequent supply to consumers.
