Launching of the second call for small-scale projects within the Interreg NEXT VI-A Romania – Ukraine Programme 2021-2027

The Managing Authority of the Interreg NEXT VI-A Romania – Ukraine Programme 2021-2027 has launched on 28 April 2025 a second call for project proposals.

The call is addressed to small-scale projects and the total available financial allocation is EUR 15,605,083.

The deadline for online submission of applications is 28 July 2025, 14:00. Applications will be submitted online via the Jems platform.

Information about the steps to follow for submitting applications, the priorities targeted by the call, the maximum amount of funding awarded, as well as the eligibility rules are presented in the applicant guide available on the program website, at https://ro-ua.net/en/funding/calls-for-proposals.

The potential beneficiaries of this call are: regional/county and local authorities, public institutions, educational institutions, NGOs or other organizations relevant to each specific objective included in the call.

The Interreg NEXT VI-A Romania – Ukraine 2021-2027 programme aims to select projects that will benefit communities in the border area in education and good governance.

The Interreg NEXT VI-A Romania - Ukraine 2021-2027 program is funded by the European Union and addresses the area on the border between Romania and Ukraine, namely the counties of Suceava, Botoșani, Maramureș, Satu Mare and Tulcea and the regions of Odessa, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk and Zakarpattia.
